Construction of Phases 6 and 7

Crossings phase 4 was constructed in the fall of 2017 through the spring of 2018.  A lot draw was held in June of 2018 and all lots were sold, leaving us completely sold out.

Construction of phases 6 and 7 of Crossings will begin this fall and lot sales are anticipated to be held in the summer of 2019.  Phase 6 is a large cul de sac that backs on to the sportsfields of the joint high school and will feature a decorative concrete fence and larger lots.  Phase 7 lots surround a future elementary school site and will be 38'-40' wide.
