Road closures required for construction in Crossings development

Residents accessing 30 St W should be aware that the road will be closed on October 8th - October 24th (moved forward from October 15th as weather conditions have improved) from Kensington Rd W to Britannia Blvd W to allow for the construction of Caledonia Blvd, school site development and the next residential phases of Crossings.  

Once the construction is complete (approximately 16 days – weather permitting), 30 St W will connect to Caledonia Blvd W and the section north to Garry Station will re-open.

The section south of Caledonia Blvd to Britannia Blvd will remain permanently closed to support the development of a new elementary school site for the Holy Spirit Catholic School District.

This closure means there will no longer be southbound access to ATB Centre using 30 St. W. Residents travelling south from Garry Station will be able to use 30 Street to Caledonia Blvd which connects to Aquitania Blvd and Métis Trail, the main north/south route.
