Phase 5 A Lot Draw

Find out where you fit into the heart of west Lethbridge and register for the Crossings phase 5A public lot draw taking place on

Tuesday, June 14th, 2022!

We will be offering for sale a number of residential lots in Phase 5A of Crossings. These lots will be sold by way of a lot draw. Any individual or business interested in purchasing a lot must submit a completed registration form to Lethbridge Land, the Real Estate and Land Development department, at City Hall. Only one registration form can be submitted per household or business.

We will be offering a hybrid attendance model. Participants must indicate on their registration forms if they will be attending the low draw in person or virtually. Virtual attendees will be sent a private Microsoft Teams link.

The registration deadline is Friday, June 10th, at 4:30 PM MDT.

If your name is selected, you will be required to provide a non-refundable deposit cheque for 10% of the value of the lot. No lots will be placed on hold. Virtual attendees will have until June 15th, 2022, at 4:00 pm to submit their cheques to Lethbridge Land.
