We will be offering for sale several residential lots in Phase 5B of Crossings. These lots will be sold by way of a lot draw. Interested persons or businesses must register in advance of the draw on or before January 23, 2023, at 4:30 PM MST. Only one registration form can be submitted per household or business.

The registration deadline is Tuesday, January 23rd, at 4:30 PM MST.

If your name is selected, you will be required to provide a non-refundable deposit cheque for 10% of the value of the lot. No lots will be placed on hold.
