Caledonia Road Construction: Aug 6 - 14

Construction will continue in the Crossings neighbourhood of west Lethbridge on Tuesday, August 6 to extend Caledonia Blvd. west of Devonia Circle. This work, which includes paving, is expected to be complete by Wednesday, August 14, weather permitting. In addition to the road closure, the pedestrian pathway in the southeast corner of Caledonia Blvd. and Devonia Circle will also be closed. Pedestrian traffic will be able to access the park areas via pathways from Aquitania Blvd.

As a result of this intersection closure, vehicle access will not be available to the rear parking lot of the Crossings Branch Lethbridge Public Library or Catholic Central High School West parking lot. Residents along Caledonia Blvd. will not have access to the front of their property as work will also include repairs to the road.

Motorists are asked to please follow the detour signs in the area and be aware of construction zones to keep workers and residents safe.
