  • Lethbridge Land keeps all its inventory current on the Lot Map. You can see which lots are available for purchase from Lethbridge Land directly and you can see which ones are availble through our Builder Group.

  • When a new phase of a subdivision is introduced, lots are typically made available through a lot draw process. If any lots remain after the draw, they may be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis. Available lots can be viewed on our interactive lot map.

  • We'll advertise it in the Lethbridge Herald, on our Crossings social media (Facebook and Instagram), and here on crossingslethbridge.ca.

    Our website is the most reliable and up-to-date source for lot draw announcements and community news—check back often! You can also subscribe to our mailing list to have the latest updates delivered straight to your inbox.

  • Yes, all of our communities are bound by Design + Development Guidelines.

    1. Construction on the home must be completed with 12 months of purchasing the lot.

    2. Landscaping must be completed within 18 months of purchasing the lot to a standard consistent with the amenities and aesthetics of the neighborhood.
